Hello

I changed the video to 256 color and it has made a difference.

I updated to the latest video drivers and bios when I first received my TP
600e, which was a year ago.

I am also running windows 2000 professional.

Hmmm...Could it be an issue with the video drivers? The Neomagic 256AV on
the tp600 series should handle at least idct/motion compensation in
their hardware so it could not be stuttering like that.
