all i can do is read the same specs..
from my very brief time with one T40 which i sent to a
customer who wanted the 40gig upgraded to the 80gig, i
looked for the fireware, and there is none..
only two USB 2.0 ports..
the display looked quite bright and i did take a look from
the side and it looke pretty good..
mose noteable is that the antenna is now on the top edge of
the display..
and the BT on/off is a Fn key (per another happy customer)..
no idea of when the A40 (or "G" series - see my web site)
will be announced..
or what the top end thinkpad will have..
you can extrapolate from what others are doing and what
intel is doing..
