NT does not support USB .... that is a given

Also most device drivers during the install phase, check the version of
the operating system .
At this point ...the install will stop !
This includes win 95 OSR2.x ..even though it did support USB.
The device driver will simply not be installed.

yes there are work arounds ...but ......dead horse ...blah ..blah .
