The key is the word "like". For basic stuff - text editing, email, web
surfing - even the 650 is overkill; I'm typing this right now on a P233.
However, for anything which is CPU intensive, such as number crunching
(which I also do both on this machine and on the much faster ones at work)
or graphics rendering or some game playing, the difference between a 650 and
an 850 is very noticeable indeed.
