[Thinkpad] A20M screws and keyboard

It looks like the big wear items on my trusty A20M 2628 are 1. case screws
that have gone missing and 2. the printing wearing off the keycaps. IBM's
answers are a screw maintenance kit and a new keyboard, since they don't
sell individual keys.

Suggestions as to options are welcome. Would a basket case 2628 do me any
good ? IBM's hardward maint manual says some of these screws are single-use
only. Since they are specially coated, I'm not sure if lock-tite would be a
good thing.
