Most anyone who's been on a few lists will likely bypass the web junk
for the mailto link. It may look ok on whatever program you're using
but the abnormal "_at_" you're sending out isn't a good choice for an
unsubscribe link. (It is an actual "@" in the header field though.)
Even when you fix that manually or use the header you then proceed to
get another error message since both links are still missing any
indication that they won't actually work because they don't include the
password. No wonder more than a few people wander back to the list with
unsubscribes after hitting a link that's advertised to get them off and
getting an error message instead.. And yes I see that that error
message then clues them in if they read to the bottom that a password is
needed, but the mailto could stand to say unsubscribe <password>. It
shouldn't be a three or more step process with an error message along
the way even when done as correctly as it can be just to unsubscribe.
