That is the same as the ones I had before!
On site service, two years plus warranty.
Does the actual unit appear new?
This looks a lot like units that were sold and re-possessed, or maybe never
delivered (could have been tied up in bankruptcy Court). These sound just
the same as the ones I had, right down to the warranty dates and on site
service.
Some kind of leftovers that for some reason the clock started ticking.
