[Thinkpad] Add One to 600E/X Known Good Memory List

I think this is a new addition to the known good 256MB memory for the 600E and
X.

Viking part no. I0258, marked "PC10032X64SODIMM, Compatible with Generic
Products".

Works fine in my 600E, 600X and T21. $75.31 at buy.com and guaranteed compatible
