if shipping is free it is not such a bad deal..
but remember that I sold a bunch of these for $375 & $400,
complete with OS (W2k or W98) and all the accessories..
external floppy box for the internal floppy, AC adapter,
more or less working battery and 128meg of memory..

its a good thinkpad and their 15 day warranty is nice.. the
lack of an OS is a cheap shot..
i think i sold about 12 to 14..
