BINOG! 1-845-491-2953 went right through to SOMEBODY'S fax
machine, and if the warranty expiry date magically changes to
7 May 2006 next week, there's a good chance it will have been the
right number.

Next hurdle: 1-800-772-2227 really doesn't work from Canada, so
I wonder if it will be as easy to get an install recovery CD
from IBM Canada in Toronto. Sarsiously.
