I've bought a lot on ebay. This seller has iffy feedback

Most sellers have 98% positive feedback - or more. He has 92%. He is also
keeping his sales private - you can't see whether he was buying or selling pens
or computers, and you cannot contact his previous buyers.
Look at recent 770 sales to get an idea of the price:

You will also have to get a DVD or CD drive for it. You will need more RAM if
you put Windows 2000 or XP on it. It doesn't seem to come with an OS.
