You should be able to download the current video driver for your model
from the IBM web site (start here -->
http://www.ibm.com/support/all_download_drivers.html). They have good,
detailed instructions with the driver. Once that is successfully
installed, then you will be able to switch to the correct native
resolution and the desired color depth.
