[Thinkpad] USB 2.0 / WiFi upgrades

Hi all.

I'm planning on buying a Thinkpad Minidock for my T23. The main reason is
that I need USB 2.0, which this machine doesn't support.
Now, I'd like to know if USB 2.0 devices will work at USB 2.0 speed through
the Minidock ?

I'd also like to know if it's possible to upgrade the Mini-PCI WiFi card
inside the T23.
That is, can I replace my ...11b mini-PCI card with a ...11a or ...11g one ?
