I use lighter fuel on a soft cloth to remove the greasey marks,and then
gently buff the smearing with a dry/soft cloth. I get dust off with a staticly
charged dusting mop!

I wouldn't even know where to buy 99% Isopropyl (200 proof!). The local
drugstore sells 70%, whilch I dilute 50-50 with water. I suppose that one
could use less water to make a 100 proof mixture...
