[Thinkpad] Thinkpad t40 2373 Ram

Hello all-

I just bought a thinkpad T40 2373. Overall its a great machine (its my third
thinkpad, though my first personally owned).

Now to my question... I saw in the specs that it can support 2 gig of ram. The
problem is there is only one "user accessible" slot on the bottom of the
machine. The machine came with 256 meg of ram. I want to upgrade to 1 gig for
some development work and Im stuck on whats up with the second ram slot.

I called the guys at tech support and they had no idea. They said that it does
in fact support up to 2 gigs. But they couldnt explain to me where the other
ram chip is. I mean, that other 256meg of ram has to be somewhere?

Can I get to it?
