[Thinkpad] Quick T40p (2373G3U) questions prior to purchase

Questions:

* Is the "IBM 11 a/b Wi-Fi Wireless and Bluetooth Combo" is a fully
integrated solution and not an external card? Any talk of whether this
will be flashable to the 'g' standard?

* I assume the G3U unit is also the current top-of-the-line T40p with
dual-band wireless. I saw a G5U unit but that appears to be a 'b' only
Wi-Fi unit.

* Is Norton AntiVirus 2003 included, or is it an extra purchase?

* For those that have the T40p already, is the unusual 'long' battery a
problem with your carry cases, and does it get in your way at all? Was
thinking of getting the standard battery but not sure if I'm wasting it on
a battery I'll never use.
