MessageI have a bunch of low density 256MB SoDimm's
They are rare as they work as PC66 , PC100 , PC133 .
ie they work on many Thinkpad , TP240, and T23's !!
Also Compaq Armada M700's and EVO N600's
They are speced as PC133's .
Units are "new" but have been tested .
Are under warranty

The T20 should not be a problem.
Made by Crutial and are still avialable from Circuit City for $75 plus tax.

I'll take $60 ?

Peter

32x64 designates a high density memory chip which will only work on the intel 840 chipsets and up and later via and sis chipsets. The chipset in a t20 is the 440bx which requires low density memory. Try to find a 32x8 chip, AKA Low density they cost a bit more. but they will actually work.

  Hello everybody :

  I am having a hard time with memory I have A T20 2647-46U and I bought this:

  Brand new, never been installed.
  - 256MB SODIMM Module
  - 144 Pin PC-100
  - Synchronous, 3V
  - 32 x 64 chip configuration

I can't get it to work at all I have tried it on my 390x and my T20 is there something in CMOS or am I just doing it all wrong ??
