An uneducated guess: Is your TP possibly set for AC-3 output? That disables the
internal speakers. Check to make sure that "Digital Audio Out" is NOT checked in
the DVD Express Options-Audio settings. If you have to uncheck it, you'll need
to close and re-open the DVD Express program for the change to work.
