[Thinkpad] Thinkpad 240 Hibernation problems on 320MB of RAM

Hey guys...for those who got 320MB on their tp240s, does anyone have any
problems hibernating in Win98? I can't seem to get the machine to come
back from a hibernation session, even though I deleted the original
partition and resized it. The machine will complain about missing memory
and give me the option to either reboot or to start normally. Does anyone
have the same problems and perhaps found ways around that?
My BIOS version is IRET76 and the system is a
stock 2609-21U.
