I'm not putting it inside the machine, and it's a TP 560, not the later
E variant. The Thinkpad internally has a 2.1gb disk, with BIOS 1.11. I
am currently using Windows 95 but may put 98SE on soon.

I can recommend WIN98 Lite from <www.litePC.com> as an excellent way to
put later (bigger) windows OSs on earlier computers.
I'm using it on my 560x and my daughters Pentium 90 desktop.
The P90 wouldn't even run Win98 until I used the Win98 Lite installer to
omit a bunch of useless stuff. Best $40 I ever spent.
