Yes, this is a good start.

I can't follow these steps though:

I do insert both the boot disk, and the Windows 98 CD ROM. But when I
power it on, it still leaves me at a black screen that says:

Microsoft(R) Windows 98
   ...

C:\> _

\---------------------------

nothing happens further.

and I also try:

/---------------------------
E:

invalid drive specification

> dir

Volume in drive C has no label
...

COMMAND.COM 93,890 ...
