This is just for SelectaDock, not III, but maybe the IRQ configuration might
work for you. Notice that if you enable the Dock IDE controller on the third
channel, it will use IRQ 11, which by default is assigned to the PCI bus, so you
have to reassign the PCI bus to IRQ 9.
Even if these assignments are different on your dock, perhaps you can at least
use it as a guide to zero in on particular IRQ settings to check for conflicts.

Also, do make sure the BIOS is up-to-date, because there have been several
changes regarding the TP600/SelectaDock III IDE controller.
