[Thinkpad] [600E] How to change the backlight bulb

Hi,
My 600E's backlight bulb get off quit often and I have to press Fn+F7
several times
to relight it. However, it still lasts shortly and get off again.
 
Is this a problem of bulb? or others?
 
How can I change the bulb?
