[Thinkpad] new stuck pixel?

Anyone ever developed a stuck pixel after they'd gotten the laptop? My
two-week old T40, which had a perfect screen when I got it, all of the
sudden today has one stuck white pixel near the center of the screen.

I thought these problems were manufacturing defects, and, as such, if you
didn't have them to start you were clear.
