As Matt said, please don't send test messages out to the entire list.
There's an archive where you can check to see if the list is just quiet,
and there's a list admin who can help you if you're really having problems
posting or not getting the messages.

Since IBM is closing their forum and we're likely to be inundated with new
members (Bill Morrow's Open Forum is already growing), I guess it's about
time for me to pull out the Mini-FAQ, dust it off, update it and start
posting it regularly again. In the meantime, here's where everyone can
read what we have so far:
