Do a search for 'Network Stumbler' - beggarware - and see if that floats ur
boat.

Subject: [Thinkpad] WiFi access point scanning utilities for IBM internal
802.11 a/b/g card

I have a T40 with an internal 802.11a/b/g card (that I purchased from Bill
(thanks!) - it took about 15 minutes to install from start to finish, thanks
to having printed out the relevant pages from the service manual first).
Unlike other WiFi card vendors, IBM doesn't include a utility to scan for
access points, do "site surveys", etc. Do any of you have a recommendation
for such SW that works with the IBM internal card?

Thanks,
Andy
