They are VERY flimsy machines. The plastics break easily, and they are not
meant to be repaired. It is almost impossible to open a Sony laptop without
breaking something plastic.
IBM is way different. Matt, I was inside your A22P at least 10 times and you
couldn't tell (LMAO) not really.
Sony service is just awful. I once had one there for SIX weeks. never again
