GoDaddy.Com is the cheapest I've heard of, but I actually prefer to pay
a bit more and use www.gandi.net for 12 Euros / year. Very east to use
web interface, hosting available or included (I forget which), domain
parking included, 5 e-mail accounts per domain included, dns (primary
or secondary) included and unlike other registrars, their contract clearly
states the domain belongs to you, not them. Read the NSI/Verisign contract
and you'll never use them again.
