[Thinkpad] Thinkpad T41 2379-DJU vs 2379-DKU

I'm confused about the specs of these 2 laptops. I
was going to buy a 1024x768 version, but it seems that
most resellers like Buy.com, Ecost.com, CDW, etc say
that the 2379-DKU model has PC 2100 (266) Ram while
the 2379-DJU model has a PC 2700 (333). Also, that
the 2379-DKU has 802.11 a/b.

IBM specs sheet says different. My question is
whether the SKUs that resellers use are exactly what
IBM is saying on their specs sheet, or will I actually
get 266mhz Ram and a 802.11a/b vs a/b/g wireless if I
buy Thinkpad T41 2379-DKU?
