[Thinkpad] Any good video card recommendations for thinkpad docking stations

Greetings:

and TIA. I currently have a 600 and a T20 for which I wish to utilize with
a docking stations PCI video combination. The intention is for flight
simulator software. My question then:

What video cards are suitable for this use both in terms of video ram (> 16
MB ) and for auto disabling (?) the laptop built in video?
