[Thinkpad] Memory Price oops

I mistakenly wrote that I bought 128MB RAM for my 600E from Best Buy at
$99. I bought 256MB for that price, and moved a 128MB stick out of my 600X
and into a blank slot on my 600E.

Not wanting to undeservedly slam Best Buy, I just checked and their price
is now $130 for PNY, PC100, MB, SODIMM RAM, but Reptron (who?) 256MB
PC133 is $80. Crucial 128MB PC133 is $50.

I don't know if PC133 will work in a 600/E/X. The memory bus speed is
66MHz in the 600 and 600E and 100MHz in the 600X. Some 600s use the 430TX
chipset, while most 600s and all 600Es and 600Xs use the 440BX chipset.
