Re: [Thinkpad] Imperfect spacebar; will IBM fix under warranty?

The new T40 we recently received had some hard-to-press keys in the
lower left (Ctrl, Shift, Fn, etc.). IBM was happy to replace the
keyboard under warranty by shipping me a new one. Keyboard replacement
on the T40 took all of 2 minutes. IBM didn't even want the old keyboard
sent back.

Does anyone who has experience with EZ Serve think IBM will or won't replace this keyboard for free under the 3-year warranty?
