Yes, they provided good, clear instructions. Keyboard removal was ultra
easy on the T40. I've never had the keyboard off of my A21p but I would
think it would be pretty easy.

IBM may not cover your 'worn keys' under warranty though. However, I
don't think keyboards are very expensive. You should be able to pick
one up for under $50.
