[Thinkpad] wtb t21 "r" key

My Thinkpad T21 had an unfortunate run-in with a large dog. Amazingly,
the only damage was a broken "r" key on the keyboard. The keyboard still
works normally, but I have to push the little rubber nub where the nice
hard plastic "r".

Since the keyboard is in otherwise perfect condition I'm having a hard
time justifying spending anywhere from $30-80 for a replacement keyboard
so I'm wondering if anyone out there has a broken keyboard lying around
that they'd like to sell me or even just send me the "r" key? I'm not
sure of the market value for a single key is these days, but I'm sure we
could work something out. Thanks.
