[Thinkpad] Linux detects wrong 600E clock speed

I'm using a Thinkpad 600E. When it boots up with kernel
2.4.25, the kernel detects it having a 91 MHz processor. In
the BIOS it correctly reports it as a 366. Is there a
setting I have wrong? How do I fix this?
