Thanks for your reply. I'm not sure that
I really want to buy a Dell. I would like
to buy an IBM, but my last 2 Thinkpads gave
me a lot of headaches, so I'm not sure
it's worthwhile getting another one.
If Dell or some other brand is more reliable,
then it might be better to switch. But I
may find that by switching, I'll end up with
the same or worse problems.
