RCN is a cable company in the US. I presume you've seen the manual online
at http://www.margi.com/support/dtg_download.htm

None of the info I've found says you can use the card as a video out, but
none says you can't. According to the docs, it will only accelerate mpeg-1
and mpeg-2. I'd imagine the card can be used as a video out with the right
software and drivers. I haven't been able to make it work, but that may be
a problem with my attempts or my card.

I currently have a TP 570 and hope to have an x40 soon. Neither have video outs.
