Hello David,

not sure if my last message made it (i've been foolishly 'tuning' my
mail server). but i spoke to tonya walker 800 426 8748 opt 2 -> opt 1
then extension 75126.

there is a page on ibm's website that specifically says your warranty
starts when -you- purchase it.
