[Thinkpad] X20 and Windows XP boot-problem

Hello

I have a Thinkpad X20 2662-36G and I wanted to install Windows XP.
It worked fine but there is one big problem.

If you choose "rebbot" in Windows, the X20 reboots and then Windows
hangs. It shows the Windows XP prof. Icon and the scrolling points. That
points stop moving and the X20 hangs.
If I suht down Windows and then turn it on that problem does not appear.

I installed Windows XP 3 times and the problem remains.
I use a Windows XP CD with Service Pack 1a build in.
I intalled all drivers for XP I could find on IBMs Website.

I have Embedded Controller v 1.36, BIOS v 2.25.

If anybody has an idea what can help me I would like to hear it.
