If you want to bump that 95% to say 99.7% then you just have to tweak the
ratings. When a SPAM slips through, I check to see which tests the spam failed
and I push the importance of that rule in my settings.
After massaging for a few months, I can't remember the last time I saw a
SPAM and my logs show about 30-50 attempts per day.
