[Thinkpad] Turn Off Problem

Hi,

I bought a ThinkPad T20 last month but now I have some serious problem.
In the beginning the notebook turned off when I used some softwares.

Then it started to become slow and turned off more often.

Now, after trying to change something in the BIOS setup, it even does not start Windows, turning off after the first page appears. I even cannot enter the BIOS setup anymore!!

What could it be?
How can I change the BIOS setup again?
