Hello,
Micron is one memory manufacturer which sells direct via its retail outlet,
Crucial. Kingston also sells direct.
I have a T23 (2648-LU7) and purchased a 512MB PC133 SO-DIMM for it from
MemoryX. The module was manufactured with Kingmax's TinyBGA DRAMs so it
looked a little different than other SO-DIMMs I've seen but its worked
just fine for the past half-year or so.
In the past I've used GoldenRAM memory with ThinkPads (770-series) and
that worked fine, too.
