This is usually not a virus related problem. Often found on music
download or processing software, or in other programs from Veritas.

The sgtray.exe is a part of Veritas Storage Guard which installs with
"Drive Letter Access", "Record Now", "Backup Exec Desktop Pro", along
with several others. You could have a Veritas program on your computer
and not know it. Sometimes it is a simple Update Manager.
