How about the TP 2nd HDD Adapter for an additonal harddisk ?
Or an LS-240 Ultrabay piece ?
Or, depending of model, Flexview Screen ?

Myself I would tend to an add-on as a special feature i.e for some
project oriented solutions which Dell can and does not offer ;-))
