No, the machine will arrive with Windows preinstalled using either FAT32 or
NTFS, I'm not sure which. It's not going to ask you which you want. That
only happens if you install Windows from scratch on an unformatted
partition.

If the machine comes with NTFS, leave it. It's far superior to FAT32.

If it has FAT32, Windows includes a utility to convert from FAT32 to NTFS.
For details, click Start/Help and Support, and type this in the search box:

convert fat32 ntfs

To convert the C: drive, you'd use this in a Command Prompt window:

convert c: /fs:ntfs
