[Thinkpad] error 01201 on 560x?

Can anyone tell me where to find error codes for my 560x?

I had it lock up this AM and when I switched it off and restarted I got
"error 01201" and the little manual graphic.

One more restart brought it back but I'd still like to know what's going on.

My best guess is that it's either
"your wimpy solid state drive is failing"
  or
"stop mucking about with Win98"......

Good thing all the data is on a separate card (just backed up to the
desktop)
