If you are still having trouble after trying the suggestions others have
offered, I suggest you expunge it as a device, then re-add it. To
expunge you should boot to safe mode, delete all references in the
device manager, then go to the windows\INF subdirectory, remove the inf
files that are there for the card, delete or rename the two .bin files
(these comprise dynamically rebuildable driver database), then reboot
into regular mode. Windows will prompt you to reinstall the network
hardware from scratch (and you can watch the driver database files get
rebuilt before your very eyes!)
