[Thinkpad] T41p hotkey problem

I have made a clean windows installation and has
installed all the drivers + the hotkey software. Seems
like all the hotkey works except for the suspend.
Nothing seems to occur after pressing Fn + F4 key
combination. Anyone has a clue? Other hotkeys are
working properly and have checked with PC-Doctor that
the F4 key is working properly.
