If the keyboard is jolting? down around the arrow keys is seems to me to
be a lack of support issue. Youll need to lift/remove the keyboard to
see what you might do about it. there might just be a design error ,
allowing too much clearance between the underside of the k/board and
what ever is below it. Once you have found out what the problem is you
can go ahead and find an answer. Not difficult really.
