[Thinkpad] Ailing 600

Gang--

   I've been bounced off for a while, but I'm crawling back
with these new problems. When I boot up, after not
touching the TP for months, I get:

An Error window with these numbers:

00173
00192
00163

When I go to the system check routine and run Systemboard,
I get:

DEV 001
ERR 96
FRU 3810

I also get Error 192 when it first boots.

   Can this TP be saved? Is it worth a couple hundred
bucks in repair? Or should I buy a new one? Thanks.
